Spacious holiday apartments in a central location in the 15th district, with the underground and tram within a few minutes’ walk

These spacious apartments are in an apartment building that is centrally located in the 15th district of Vienna, to the west of the city centre. Owing to the convenient transport connections, with the underground and tram nearby, the apartments are an ideal starting point for exploring the capital of Austria.



The renovated apartments are all equipped with a TV and a wireless Internet connection.



Right in front of the house along the street there are public parking spaces. A short-term parking zone applies at the address from Mondays to Fridays between 9.00 and 19.00. During these periods a ticket has to be displayed. If you would like to park longer term then you can do so using the park & ride system.



Please note that pets have to be agreed in advance.



Various supermarkets and restaurants are right around the corner. It is a ten to fifteen-minute walk to Schönbrunn Castle with the Tierpark, a three-minute walk to the U4/U6 underground station Längenfeldgasse and the Westbahn City, a five-minute walk to several train connections. The underground U3/U6 and various trams are nearby. It only takes 8 minutes by U3 from the Westbahnhof to the city centre Wien-Mitte, Stephansplatz.



Holiday apartment for four people

This apartment is on the ground floor facing the street and provides 70m² of living space for four people. The living room and bathroom are laid with tile, the two bedrooms with laminate. The 3m² entrance area has a wardrobe with a mirror and storage space. The 23m² living room with an integrated kitchen includes a suite, a TV and a dining space with a table and four chairs. The open kitchen unit next to the dining space is fully-equipped with a four-ring hob, oven, capsule coffee machine, extractor fan, microwave, sink, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The 12m² bathroom is fitted with a shower and washbasin, a hairdryer and bath and hand towels. The separate WC measures around 3m². There are two bedrooms. The main bedroom of around 18m² is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm), bedside tables, a bed for a children until 12 years and a spacious wardrobe with storage space. The second bedroom of 12m² has two single beds (90 x 200cm) and a cupboard with storage space.

    “Die Lage ist sehr günstig, alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Außerdem sind Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig.
    Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet. In der Küche ist vom Toaster über Mikrowelle bis zur Kaffeemaschine alles da. Auch für Kinder ist die Wohnung super geeignet. Das Kinderbett erfreute sich größter Beliebtheit und es waren auch Spielsachen und Bücher vor Ort. Badezimmer zwar etwas klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber.
    Gerne wieder!!!!!!!!”
