This ground-level apartment is in a quiet residential district in Bad Schussenried and guarantees an enjoyable stay.

You can relax on the generous terrace or in the beautifully planted garden with a view of the Alps. Garden furniture and loungers are provided for enjoying the lovely garden, which is for your own exclusive use. An outdoor car parking space is reserved for you.

The 55m² apartment comprises a bedroom and bathroom and an open living and dining room with a fully-equipped kitchen that includes an oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. There is a generous bedroom with a double bed 180cm wide, a reading lamp on a side table and a wardrobe. It is comfortably furnished and has a cosy atmosphere. The bathroom with white tiles is fitted with a shower cubicle, a WC and a washbasin. The whole apartment can be heated. It also has wireless Internet access.

It is only about a kilometre to shopping facilities. Bad Schussenried offers a range of sports activities. It is at the heart of Oberschwaben. Within a radius of 60km you can experience the wonderful landscape from Ulm to Lake Constance, get to know the culture and enjoy the excellent cuisine.
