Both buildings, our hotel and the apartment house – located in the district of Unterberg – are directly in the ski center Aberg. Here you immerse yourself in a true natural paradise that is right on the ski slope. The picturesque surroundings, framed by majestic mountains, offer you unforgettable opportunities for skiing and hiking tours. Here, adventure and relaxation can harmoniously blend together.

Our 11 vacation apartments in Maria Alm accommodate between 4 to 10 people. Beautifully decorated in a dignified style with an alpine lifestyle look, they reflect the modern spirit of the times. Traditional materials – such as wood, stone, and leather – meet stylish design and the latest technology.

The interior design goes hand in hand with the intelligent overall architecture of the building. The integrated lift, which leads to all levels, ensures accessibility. Our guests experience relaxing moments in the wellness room with a pine sauna and infrared cabin. A playground is located right outside the door, allowing our little guests to fully enjoy their holiday experience.

And after an eventful day, our à la carte restaurant awaits you to indulge in culinary delights.

Our breakfast buffet is set up daily from 7:30 to 10:00 AM. The à la carte restaurant is open from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, crockery and oven, coffee machine with tabs. Comfortable bed (extendable) and a corner bench in natural oak leave a cozy comfort factor, which you already feel at your arrival.
3 bedrooms are also furnished with oak floors and beds and each comes with a flat screen TV and Wi-fi in all rooms. Bath and shower / WC , an additional sep. toilet with urinal and the 3rd bedroom has a private bathroom with shower / WC . Each apartment has a balcony, sauna and infrared cabin on the ground floor , elevator.
