With us you can expect a small attic apartment with two separate bedrooms in a residential building with an owner's apartment and two tenants. The apartment is not far from a bakery and a supermarket, both of which can be reached in 5 minutes.

The beautifully located Großer Alpsee can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes and offers wonderful opportunities to spend the day on and by the water. An outdoor swimming pool is also nearby.

The residential town of Immenstadt with its enchanting old town is only 15 minutes away. Here you will find nice cafes and restaurants. We are looking forward to your visit!

The cozy holiday apartment is 41 square meters in size, it consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed (180x200), a kitchen-diner, a living room and a bathroom with shower.

In the kitchen you will find a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster, a soda stream and an espresso maker. A microwave and a small oven and a two-burner stove are also available.

In the living room there is a TV with satellite connection.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
