The building is situated in an excellent location, 50m from the tourist center of Medulin and 250m from the beach Bijeca. Parking is in the front of the building, free of charge. On the ground floor of the building, there are restaurant, pharmacy and beauty salon.This brand new 2nd floor apartment can accommodate 6 people. With its 94 m² size, apartment consist of : three bedrooms, living room and kitchen, 2 Bathrooms and a balcony. Kitchen is equipped to highest standards and has: fridge, freezer, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and electric kettle. Guests also have vacuum cleaner, washing machine, SAT/TV, WiFi and electric grill. Bed sheets and towels are included in price and are changed weekly. Air condition is in living room and in one of the bedrooms. Parking is in front of the building and it is free of charge. Pets are not allowed.
