This rustic, as-new villa Sa Finqueta is located in a residential area at the gateway to Manacor. Due to its location on the Puig des Son Talent, you benefit from far-reaching views of the lowlands around Manacor. The outdoor area has been paved to create a convenient place to park a hire car. The round pool is located in the spacious terrace area, surrounded by a sun terrace. There is plenty of space here for the comfortable sun loungers and a parasol if required. At the side of the house there is a canopy and a canvas awning, which provide shade for a lounge area with trendy polyrattan chairs. There is also a dining area with metal and wooden furniture, an ideal place to enjoy a barbecue while soaking up the mild Mediterranean afternoon sun. The two antique-style rocking chairs are perfect for relaxing or enjoying your morning coffee. There is a second covered terrace in front of the house where you can enjoy the sun in the morning and cooler shade in the afternoon. As there is also a dining table here, this is the best place to start the day with a hearty breakfast while overlooking the rolling hills of the hilly landscape. Particularly practical: guests can use the double garage, which is directly accessible via a staircase from inside the house.

You enter the house through a large entrance area that stretches across the entire width of the house. The dining room is located in this open-plan area. Wooden doors and windows, marble floors, exposed wooden beams, large sandstone wicker arches and exposed quarry stone walls, skilfully placed in individual rooms and areas, contribute to the rustic charm of this bright and inviting villa. On the ground floor you will find another lounge with a study and a sofa bed. The wonderfully equipped kitchen leads onto the front terrace with dining area. The country-style fitted kitchen in dark wood is particularly splendid, contrasting with the modern, gleaming stainless steel of the large fridge-freezer, cooker and integrated microwave. The spacious kitchen has an American-style kitchen island with stools. Next to the kitchen and the laundry room is a guest WC, handy for a quick visit when you are relaxing outside. The staircase in the foyer leads to the upper floor with private bedrooms and bathrooms. Three very cosy bedrooms, two doubles and a children's room with two single beds offer plenty of space for a family or a group of friends. A cot is also available for a small child. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and cheerful yellow tiles, the other with modern fittings and a walk-in shower.
The convenient location in the middle of the island offers holidaymakers numerous leisure activities. Due to its proximity to Manacor and many roads, all coastal towns are easily accessible by car, including Capdepera and the lively Cala Ratjada in the north and the pretty little harbour town of Porto Cristo in the south. There is a wide choice of natural attractions, such as the Coves des Dracs, the dragon caves famous for their stalactites, or the beautiful beaches of the east coast, the so-called Calas de Mallorca, with marvellous natural beaches such as Cala Varques. If you fancy a change, you can always opt for a more urban experience by heading to Manacor to enjoy the shops and restaurants, or head to the lively Cala Ratjada to enjoy a bit of nightlife.
