Studio flat close to the beach

The bright holiday flat is situated about 200 metres from the sandy beach and the promenade.

On the terrace of approx. 6 m² there is a washing machine and a clothesline. A 200 m² roof terrace with folding pool is available for communal use. From here you have a great view of the sea and the mountains. The roof terrace can be reached by lift. A parking space in the underground garage is also accessible by lift.

Consists of living room with LCD TV (32 inches), table and chairs, sofa and fully equipped kitchen with granite worktop, ceramic hob, microwave and fridge. Spacious bedroom with 135 cm double bed with wooden headboard, wardrobe, desk, ceiling fan. There is also air conditioning here. The bathroom has a shower. Wi-Fi is also available.

The flat is close to a supermarket, 24-hour pharmacy, restaurants and shops.
