Luxury villa near the sea with sea view and private pool
This villa is on the north side of the island of Kos, with a view towards Pserimos, Kalymnos and the Turkish mainland. Next to it, about 30 metres away, there is a second, separate villa with a pool and a garden. The proximity to the beach makes the spacious house ideal for a seaside holiday with family or friends.
The upper floor has a living room with modern furniture, a flatscreen TV and a fireplace. It has a directly adjoining, open kitchen, with an electric stove, oven, fridge and freezer compartment, dishwasher and coffee machine. There is a little bathroom with a WC and washbasin.
The very luxuriously furnished villa is spread over three floors, provides around 200m² of living space and can accommodate up to ten people. The ground floor has a very spacious area of 55m² that also provides some fitness equipment, one double bedroom and a sofa bed for two persons, as well as a steam cabin, hydromassage and a little bathroom with a washbasin and toilet.
