Beautiful and comfortable apartment with private entrance and two beautiful terraces with stunning sea views.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a residential building in a hilly position and consists of a bedroom, a kitchen and a living and dining area. Enjoy nice evenings on the terrace and stroll through the small town, which is an idyllic picture with its small stores and restaurants. You can reach the port and the sea after an easy walk in just 10 minutes.

    “Das Haus liegt am Hang gegenüber der Stadt Vrsar inmitten einer Siedlung ähnlich gebauter Häuser, fast alle mit Ferienwohnungen. Vom Balkon hat man einen herrlichen Blick über Vrsar und das Meer. Vermieterin wohnt in der Wohnung nebenan, ist aber offensichtlich berufstätig und selten zu Hause. Vermieterin ist sehr nett und freundlich und spricht gut deutsch. Die Wohnung war bei Übernahme sehr sauber, Einrichtung und Zuschnitt siehe Fotos. Insgesamt erschien uns die Wohnung deutlich geräumiger. Der Eindruck auf den Fotos täuscht also, wo sie etwas "schlauchartig" aussieht. Der überdachte Balkon geht nach hinten raus. Vorne neben der Eingangstür befinden sich zudem zwei Stühle und ein Tisch zum draußen sitzen. Ein Parkpklatz befindet sich unmittelbatr vor dem Haus. In ca. 200 m Entfernung gibt es drei Restaurants. Wir waren ein paarmal bei "Goran" und können das Restaurant sehr empfehlen.”
