This beautifully furnished house surrounded by greenery is situated in Linardići, a small village about 10km from Malinska and the town of Krk, in a quiet environment, ideal for a relaxing holiday. A 500 m² courtyard is situated in a spacious house on two floors with a space of 200 m², with a swimming pool of 18 m2. A spacious terrace is linked to a hot tub space, a comfortable living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. Stairs connect the living room and upper floor where you can find three double bedrooms, another living room with a sofa bed and Sat-tv, a bathroom with a massage bathtub and a spacious balcony with a sea view. Guests have on disposal a few parking places, air-conditioning, WI-FI, TV-SAT, dishwasher, and washing machine.

“Ein sehr schönes Großes komplett ausgestattetes Haus ,das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Grundstück ebenfalls. Vermieter steht jederzeit Tag und Nacht bei Problemen zur Verfügung. Das beste Ferienhaus was wir bisher hatten,sehr empfehlenswert.”
