On the island of Krk. in the place Linardići,is situated this romantic holiday house with pool. The villa is located on a large plot ( 7000 m2) with a beautiful sea view. In the courtyard, at the end of a large lawn, there is a pool with deckchairs and a terrace with sitting garniture. On the terrace there is a darts and a table tennis table. The holiday house has 3 double bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and decorated in retro style. Each room has its own air conditioning and the house has free WI-FI. The nearest beach is 1.7 km from the house, the nearest restaurant is 500 meters away and also the nearest shop. The house is located in a very quiet area and is an excellent choice for those who want to enjoy the peace and the truly beautiful nature.
The small village of Linardići where Villa is located, is located in the heart of the island, for those who want to escape from the hectic everyday life and stress. Nice clean air, birdsong, morning bells of the village church, are the the only thing you can hear. The island of Krk is the largest island on the Adriatic sea, and is full of attractions that will draw your attention to all locations for just 5-15 minutes by car. Highway and airport are also nearby. Town Krk (capital of the island) has beautiful old churches, old city walls, towers and the remains of ancient Romans. Town Vrbnik is known for its vineyards and excellent wines, Punat with the largest marina on the Adriatic sea and island Košljun with the famous Franciscan Monastery and a museum. Baska has one of the largest sandy beaches and an aquarium, bay Soline with healthy mud and cave Biserujka. In all these places there are many restaurants where you can taste fresh fish, wine and other specialties, take a trip with a fishing or tourist boats, swim with dolphins or take a ride in a submarine (the city of Krk) ,
