On the first floor there is one bedroom, the second bedroom is located upstairs. Both bathrooms are equipped with a comfortable double bed each. The bathroom has a walk-through shower, bathtub as well as a balcony.
The house borders on a large open meadow at the edge of the forest, where your children can run around while you prepare your barbecue specialties on the cozy terrace.
Whether winter sports fans, hikers or nature lovers ? everyone will get their money's worth here. In the immediate vicinity there are two ski resorts, cross-country ski trails just below the housing estate, the Tegernsee and Schliersee lakes, as well as numerous hiking and mountain biking routes. Enjoy the breathtaking nature of the alpine region and be inspired by the power of mountain herbs.
