Cosy and bright 2-room apartment (approx. 60 m2) on the ground floor, in a sunny and quiet location with open views of the garden and the surrounding mountains. 
Completely renovated in 2018, it consists of a spacious living room with sofa bed and oak furniture, open kitchen with work island, double bedroom covered with pine wood, modern bathroom with spacious shower and balcony with direct access to the garden. 
In addition to the laundry room, a storage room for bicycles and a ski room with waxing table are available in the common areas. The apartment disposses of a free private outdoor parking and is located only 150 metres away from the bus stop (line 1 and 2 to St. Moritz, Samedan, Bernina and Maloja). Quick connection to the ski lifts by public transport: Celerina/Marguns and the ski area of Corviglia/Piz Nair (6-minute bus ride), Diavolezza/Lagalb (30-minute bus ride), Corvatsch (30-minute bus ride). The cross-country track of the Engadin Marathon is a 5-minute walk away.
The Muottas Muragl funicular railway with one of the most beautiful views of the Upper Engadine and a toboggan run in winter is a 15-minute walk away. 
Direct access to the region's famous hiking trails (Val Roseg, Lej da Staz, Promenade des Ibexes) and numerous mountain bike trails. 
The sports centre with tennis courts in summer and an ice-skating rink in winter is a 5-minute walk away. The swimming pool in Pontresina and spas in Samedan and St. Moritz, as well as the Golf in Samedan, can be easily reached by bus.

Equally popular among sports enthusiasts are the Upper Engadin lakes; kiting, sailing, windsurfing, stand up paddling – the possibilities are virtually endless. The expanse of the inspiring high-lying valley can be experienced in a particularly striking way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And besides the wide range of sporting options, visitors can take advantage of the first-class cultural activities on offer, such as a visit to a museum or to one of the numerous art galleries in the various villages.In winter, the ski areas of Corviglia, Corvatsch, Diavolezza and family-friendly Zuoz invite ski and snowboard enthusiasts to revel in 350 kilometres (218 miles) of the finest powder snow. Cross-country skiers will find over 220km (137 miles) of perfectly groomed trails in the Upper Engadin and the side valleys. The winter hiking paths and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes are characterised by their light, sunshine and space amidst inspiring Alpine scenery. Those who would like to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can explore the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever on 150 kilometres (90 miles) of winter hiking paths. Visitors who prefer to have everything in view, meanwhile, will delight in the breathtaking vistas on the panorama hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.Families can bask in the Engadin sun during a ride in a horse-drawn carriage into the Val Roseg or Val Fex, or race down the mountainside into the valley on the winding, 4.2km (2.6 mile) long toboggan run on Muottas Muragl.Welcome to the Engadin.

    “Nette, gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Leider zu peripher vom Zentrum; mühsamer Fussmarsch zur Langlaufloipe. Positiv: Gemütliche, gut eingerichtete Wohnung und Küche. Negativ: zu kleines Bett mit schlechter Matratze und Kopfkissen.
    Der versprochene Zugang von nur 5' zur LL-Loipe war leider ein Trugschluss. Die Pfosten sind zwar gesetzt; leider unterhält die Gemeinde den Anschluss seit diesem Winter nicht mehr. Restaurant: Gianottis - Winebar mit Köstlichkeiten vom Grill. Ausflüge: Rosegg - Mit dem gedeckten Wintergarten wurde die Kapazität des beliebten Ausflugsrestaurants mit vielen Köstlichkeiten und guten Weinen sowie dem legendären Dessertbuffets noch einmal gesteigert.”

    “Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Positiv: Sehr saubere neu renovierte und neu eingerichtete Wohnung, in schöner Umgebung gelegen. Sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Alles Notwendige vorhanden zum starten. Angenehmes Haus mit freundlichen Mitbewohnern. Negativ: Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln. Restaurant: Steinbock Pontresina - Heimeliges Restaurant mit sehr guter Küche, ausgesprochen freundliche Bedienung. Ausflüge: Marathonloipe Maloja - Zuoz - Wohl eine der schönsten Loipen der Schweiz sehr gut präpariert in herrlicher Bergwelt”
