Ideal hiking region (Adelboden-Lenk) for every age. Skiing area closely (Adelboden-Lenk), 2 km to the ski lift.
Public indoor/outdoor swimming pool in the village, large playground for the children with a little train.

    “Positiv: The view is phenomenal. There is a lot of privacy. The kitchen is well equipped and the chalet is cosy and comfortable.
    There is a lot of space for the children to play.
    The bus tickets are included, this gives many opportunities voor hiking. Negativ: There were many flies around, but insect screens in the bed rooms were missing.”

    Ja, die Fliegen sind dieses Jahr ein grosses Problem. Ich werde mich in 10 Tagen nach einer Lösung umsehen. Dass es in den Schlafzimmern Fliegen gibt, wusste ich nicht. Ich vermute, dass die grosse Hitze dazu beigetragen hat.”

    “Toll eingerichtetes Haus mit Terrasse und Garten. Für Familien absolut empfehlenswert ! Etwas weit vom Dorfkern und nur 1 Bus/Std, aber dafür ist es umso ruhiger und schöner im Garten ! Positiv: Tolle und komplette Ausstattung im Haus. Angenehmes Klima auf der höheren Lage, ideal für ruhige Tage.
    Garten inklusive Spielzeug ist genial. Negativ: Distanz zum Dorf etwas weiter als gedacht. Umständlich mit dem Auto die enge Straße zu befahren.”

    “Wunderbares, charmantes und kinderfreundliches Chalet am Bühlberg in der Lenk. Positiv: Wunderschöne Aussicht; grösszügiges und tiptop eingerichtetes Chalet. Grosser Vorteil, dass viele Kindersachen bereits vorhanden sind. (Hochsitz, Wickelaufsatz Badewanne; draussen Rutschbahn, Sandkasten und Schaukel.)”

    “Positiv: Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, Wohnung hat Charme, grosser Rasenplatz, unkomplizierte Übergabe, schöne Blumen im Garten, Erreichbarkeit mit dem ÖV Negativ: Die Nebenkosten (Reinigung, Bettbezüge => wo schläft man sonst?, Kurtaxe) sind beträchtlich und erhöhen den angezeigten Preis auf E-Domizil um fast 33%.
    Beim Bad im ersten Stock sollte ein Duschvorhang montiert werden.”
