Das Appartement im Obergeschoss, welches über einen separaten  Eingang und einer steileren Treppe zu erreichen ist, verfügt über einen kombinierten Wohn-/Schlafraum mit 2 Einzelliegen und einem gemütlichen Sofa inkl. Sat-TV. Die Küche verfügt über eine Küchenzeile mit 2 Kochfeldern, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, Toaster. Das WC befindet sich in einem separaten Raum vor dem Appartement, die Dusche im Erdgeschoss. Beide sind zur alleinigen Verfügung des Mieters.
Endreinigung ist inklusive, Bettwäsche (optional beim Vermieter) 12,00€/Person.



Vom Hafen Vitte sind es nur wenige Minuten zum Haus der Fam. Kollwitz. Der Weg führt vom Hafen aus über den Deich zum Wallweg, vorbei am EDEKA-Markt bis zur Kreuzung Seemannshus/Hotel zur Ostsee. Von hier aus biegen Sie links auf das Süderende ab. Nach ca. 110m befindet sich das Wohnhaus auf der rechten Seite.



Das Ferienhaus der Familie Kollwitz verfügt über 2 Appartements und 1 große Ferienwohnung direkt gelegen an dem Hauptweg "Süderende" und den noch in ruhiger zentraler Lage von Vitte. Zum feinen breiten Sandstrand sind es nur circa 70 Meter und den EDEKA Markt erreichen Sie nach circa 300 Meter und den Hafen von Vitte erreichen Sie nach circa 500 m. Am Haus stehen für Sie Gartenmöbel zur Nutzung bereit.
