You will be living in the newly built, free-standing holiday house.  The house is situated in a quiet location and is only a 10 - 15 minute walk from the Walchsee Lake. Enjoy the mountain scenery on a cozy afternoon in the sun lounger. There are plenty of activities in the area. Walk from the accommodation through the beautiful Tyrolean mountains. In winter, you can enjoy the wonderful snow landscape directly on the cross-country ski trail. The two ski resorts Hochkössen and the Zahmer Kaiser can also be reached in about 5-10 minutes by car.

    “Das Ferienhaus mit den sehr netten Vermietern ist sehr zu empfehlen. Super ausgestattet und einfach zum wohlfühlen. Positiv: Ein sehr schönes, sehr sauberes und modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in toller Lage. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Anliegerstraße und man hat einen tollen Ausblick auf die Berge. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir werden hier auf jeden Fall auch einmal eine Woche, oder länger, in einem Sommer dort verbringen. Negativ: Hier gibt es nichts. Beste Reisezeit: Wir waren im Dezember vor Ort und werden auf jeden Fall auch einmal im Sommer anreisen. Empfehlung: Families, couples, seniors - Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt uns unsere kleine Tochter hatte vor Ort einen riesen Spaß. Restaurant: Wildauerhof, Sonnleiten 51, 6344 Walchsee - Das Restaurant gehört zum Hotel. Man hat einen schönen Ausblick und die Küche ist super. Ausflüge: Fleckalmbahn, Kitzbühel - Man fährt auf 1800m, kann dort Skifahren, oder die schönen Wanderwege nutzen. Sagenhafter Ausblick in die Berge.”

    “Positiv: Sehr nette Vermieter. Alles im Haus vorhanden, selbst Kleinigkeiten wie Spültabs, Geschirrtücher, Handseife, Müllbeutel etc.. Sehr gut ausgestatter Haushalt und sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtes Haus. Lage super, in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß oder per Auto zu den Wanderwegen. Ruhige und sehr schöne Landschaft. Wir hatten tolle und erholsame Tage dort und kommen sehr gerne wieder.”
