Cozy town house in the heart of the old town

Our holiday home is located right in the heart of the old town, surrounded by restaurants, cafes and vineyards. Five minutes on foot to the Palatinate Forest with many hiking trails, Roman quarry, Celtic ring wall, forest restaurants, castle ruins, etc. Two minutes on foot to the Salinarium with indoor / outdoor pool, the casino and the spa park. Ideal accommodation for a relaxing and / or active vacation. If you decide in favor of our small town house, you can fall back on all modern conveniences and live in a building with flair mentioned in the first edition of the hall plan from 1840. Through the entrance gate you reach the small inner courtyard from the street. Two steps lead to the entrance of the house. You enter an anteroom with a cloakroom. Here on the ground floor there is the bright living room with dining area and the separate kitchen. The seating area, as well as the coffee table and Smart TV (55 ") invite you to sit down comfortably. The dining area is furnished with a table and four chairs. The fully equipped kitchen offers you an oven, four-plate ceramic hob with extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. A kettle is available for tea drinkers. You can put the food directly into the dining area through a hatch. A staircase leads you to the first floor. There you will find the modern daylight bathroom with a large walk-in rain shower, toilet and wash basin. Next door is the spacious bedroom, furnished with a double bed (180x 200 cm) and a large wardrobe (including a safe). Due to the renovation of the old building, the stairs that lead to the top floor in the second bedroom unfortunately do not meet today's standards and, like in all old townhouses, it takes getting used to and is a bit steeper. This room, with a slightly lower ceiling height (1.85 m), is equipped with two single beds (90x200 cm each), a clothes rack with hangers and a chest of drawers. Two armchairs with a side table also invite you to linger or watch TV (Smart TV 24 "). From the upper windows you have a beautiful view of the Palatinate Forest and the Kriemhilden chair. A small reading corner has been set up in front of the bedroom, where you can find a few novels and thrillers as well as a few books for young people. The laundry house with washing machine, laundry rack, ironing board and iron is in the courtyard. Furthermore, a parasol and the seat cushions for the outdoor seating area are stored there (four chairs with a table).
