This cozy vacation home is ideal for a vacation by the sea. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms offer enough space for up to eight guests. On the large terrace you can have breakfast in the morning or end the day with a glass of wine. Since you can close the window front, you can enjoy this bright cozy place all year round. In the basement, a large garage with electric door offers the possibility to safely store, for example, your recreational or water sports equipment. In the private fenced garden you can relax on the comfortable garden furniture.

This beautiful vacation home is ideally located, close to the fine sandy beach and many stores in the small pretty family seaside resort of Pirou-Plage. It is only 50m to the beach and a seawater swimming pool on the beach is only 300m away. Here you can also fish or stroll along the wide beach promenade.

If you feel like an interesting day trip, the famous UNESCO World Heritage Site Mont-Saint-Michel is only 100 km away.
