The apartment with a square footage of 56m2, located on the 1st floor of the house, includes a living room, a kitchen, a dining room connected by the same room, 2 bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a separate toilet, and a balcony of 20m2 with garden furniture from which the guest have wonderful view of the sea.
The kitchen is modernly equipped with dishes, electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer. Additional equipment of the apartment with internet, air conditioning and fan in the bedroom, television in the living room and bedroom without satellite, washing machine.
Guests can use the barbecue in the yard, and 1 parking for the car.
