Our house is in a sunny location in Kirchdorf in Tirol.

In summer it is the ideal starting point for many hiking, mountain and cycling tours on the Kitzbüheler Horn or in the Kaiser Mountains, as well as in the idyllic surroundings of the Kitzbühel Alps.

In winter, the 250 km cross-country network starts just a few meters from the house. The surrounding ski areas, such as St. Johann in Tirol, the Steinplatte in Waidring, the Skiwelt, the Kitzbühel ski area or the Skiverbund Fieberbrunn - Saalbach Hinterglemm offer pure skiing fun.

Our 2 room apartment is on the 1st floor of our house with its own staircase and has 1 bedroom, shower / WC and a kitchen.

We offer our guests on request a "STARTER FRIDGE" worth €50.--(payable on site). We try to bring our regional products closer to them, what is not available regionally or seasons is provided in organic quality. If you want such a filling for the fridge, email us up to 1 week before your arrival.

We provide 2 coffee machines and the respective coffee + tea -- free for you.
