This vacation home near the village of Øyer and the river Lågen in Gudbrandsdalen is full of character and is the perfect starting point for beautiful fishing trips as well as hiking and cycling tours. After a nice long day, you can experiment in the kitchen with the children and then talk about the different types of fish over a delicious meal. Don't forget the board games! Maybe you'll even play Laughter Forbidden? Linger on the terrace during the day and go for a walk.

High mountains, rushing rivers, green forests, old well-preserved farms and a rich cultural history. You can experience it all in Gudbrandsdalen! In Ringebu you should visit the old stave church. If you are more into fast-paced activities, you should try downhill biking on Hafjell or rafting on Gudbrandsdalslågen. Visit Lillehammer in the southern part of Gudbrandsdalen and explore the Maihaugen open-air museum with buildings dating from around 1200 to the present day. Day trips to Hunderfossen Eventyrpark and Lilleputthammer Family Park are a great idea.
