This fully-renovated two-storey villa is situated in the small village of Mors. The villa is close to many shopping opportunities, the Limfjord and sightseeing spots like Jesperhus and the palace in Højrish. The house has two beautiful living rooms connected to each other and a nice kitchen. The attractive bathroom is equipped with tiled flooring, furniture and a jacuzzi bath. You can access the terrace and the garden from the huge bedroom in the basement. There are two other spacious bedrooms on the first floor. The house is situated not far from the Sallingsund Bridge and there is a flyover and ferry connection to Thy and Hannæs respectively.

    “Boligen har mye bra med seg. Den er stor med flere soverom og to stuer. Bad og kjøkken er også ok. Hagen er også bra. Det mangler noe på rengjøringen. Huset hadde nok hatt behov for en skikkelig hovedrengjøring. Jeg tenker da på bad, vinduer, spindelvev, støv, etc. Nå gjorde vi det, slik at boligen nå er rimelig bra rengjort. Det var stor mangel på lyspærer. Mange var oppbrukt og ikke erstattet med nye. Når det gjelder hagen, så fikset vi den også. Slo plen og ordnet med bedet. Det ser da mer velstelt ut. Søppelstativ må ordnes. Noen har skadet det slik at skadedyr går inn i søplet. Konklusjon: En bolig med mye bra i seg. Litt mer vedlikehold og tilsyn, så er den helt ok.”
