Holiday house with a roofed terrace

This cosy house is about four kilometres to the east of the little town of Flen, near Lake Båven.

The house can be rented all year round, as there is a heat pump. The house was renovated in 2018.

The comfortable and newly renovated house in a sunny location provides 64m² of living space and consists of a big living and dining room with an open kitchen and access to the veranda. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and a luxury fridge with an ice-maker and cold water dispenser. The dining table provides plenty of space for everyone. The living room with a fireplace and a big flatscreen TV is ideal for relaxing, and also has a sofa that can be converted into a doublebed. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has a single bed. The bathroom is very modern and ha a shower.

In the nearby Lake Båven you can go swimming and fishing. It is about 700 metres away. The house is surrounded by a lovely forest, where you can go on great walks. It is possible to hire kayaks, boats with an outboard motor and bicycles. The capital city, Stockholm, is within easy access by car.

The property is surrounded by a 3000m² garden, with many beautiful terraces and a grill.

    “Das Haus ist für 2 Personen schön groß, bei 3 Erwachsenen + 2 Kindern stelle ich mir das kompliziert vor. Die Sauna ist klasse und der Kamin auch, das Holz wurde großzügig bereitgestellt.
    Die Ausstattung der Küche ist super.
    Den Whirlpool im Außenbereich haben wir nicht benutzt.
    Das Haus liegt leider an einer Bahntrasse, man hört immer die Züge, wenn auch nicht sehr laut.
    In der Nähe des Hauses liegt zwar ein See zum Schwimmen, wie angegeben, allerdings ist der Einstieg nicht so schön, es gibt keinen Strand oder etwas ähnliches.
    Zum Schwimmen sind andere Seen in der näheren Umgebung deutlich besser,
    dafür muss man dann aber immer Auto fahren.”

    “Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen, am Waldrand. Genau richtig, um zu entspannen. Im Gartn gibt es Johannes- und Stachelbeeren, die genascht werden dürfen. Die Räumlichkeiten sind echt schön und praktisch. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Tagsüber fährt zwar die Bahn im 15-30 Minuten-Takt, aber es ist nicht störend. Nachts ist es aber ruhig. Das einzig nervige sind die Mücken, welche reichlich vorhanden sind. Also immer die Türen zu und genügend Anti-Mücke-Spray mitnehmen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und aufmerksam.”
