Neueres Ferienhaus mit schöner Aussicht in die grüne, ländliche Umgebung. Liegt etwas außerhalb von Vellinge, unweit der Ausflugsziele Malmö, Trelleborg und nicht zuletzt der Küste mit ihren attraktiven Sandstränden bei Falsterbo, Kämpinge oder draußen bei Skanör.

Im 2011 erbauten Haus gibt es ein Wohnzimmer mit Sitzecke und TV sowie 2 SZ m. je 2 Schlafplätzen, eines davon mit 2 fest zusammengestellten Betten. Außerdem gut ausgestattete Küche, Bad m. Dusche/WC und praktische, separate Waschküche m. Waschmaschine und Platz zum Trocknen der Wäsche. Draußen schöner Sitzplatz zum Ausspannen, Sonnenbaden und für gemütliche Grillabende. Zweiter, etwa 10 m2 gr. Sitzplatz im Garten, überdacht und schön geschützt.

Im nahen Vellinge findet man gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein Schwimmbad. Diverse Golfplätze im Umkreis von 20 km zur Auswahl. Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, z.B. 5 km weiter zum Arrie Naturreservat mit Angelsee. Die Hafenstadt Malmö hat viele schöne Parkanlagen, einen belebten Hafen, die Saluhallen am Lillla Torg sowie schöne Cafés und Restaurants zu bieten. Ein Abstecher über die Öresundbrücke zum Nachbarland Dänemark und nach Kopenhagen ist möglich.

    “Wij waren hier met twee volwassenen en twee kinderen. Het huis is ruim genoeg, met een grote woonkeuken, een badkamer (zonder bad) twee slaapkamers en een tv-woon-kamer. Een gezellig en goed schoongehouden huis, met alle nodige luxe.
    Wat iets tegenviel was de temperatuur van de douche, die niet verder kwam dan 45 graden. Wat waarschijnlijk wel gewoonte is in Zweden, is dat alles electrisch is en ook de verwarming. Er is geen CV. Aangezien je electriciteit achteraf betaalt tegen 2 kronen per kwh is het wel verstandig rekening te houden met zo'n 300-500 kronen aan extra kosten. Wij hadden 150 kwh in 6 dagen, zo'n hoog verbruik hebben we hier thuis nooit. Maar goed, behalve dit een prettig huis.
    Overigens is de prijs in het hoogseizoen (ca. 900 euro) erg aan de hoge kant. Wij waren er in het naseizoen en vonden 465 euro ook nog wat veel.”
